Terms Of Use Agreement

  1. I assert that I am a bona fide buyer or seller of real estate;
  2. I have not signed any designated agency agreement with any real estate broker or agent that would prevent me from becoming a client of Realty Consultants - Eugene's Only and Most Experienced Exclusive Buyer's Agent - 541-345-1222;
  3. I agree that I will not contact the seller of any property introduced to me by this web-site, nor will I attempt to view a property or speak with an owner of a property introduced to me by this site unless through an appointment set by the agent representing Realty Consultants - Eugene's Only and Most Experienced Exclusive Buyer's Agent - 541-345-1222;
  4. I acknowledge that when physical home tours (property showings) commence, I will be requested to become a client of Realty Consultants - Eugene's Only and Most Experienced Exclusive Buyer's Agent - 541-345-1222. I achieve client status by signing a Non-Exclusive or Exclusive Buyer Representation Contract;
  5. I agree that Realty Consultants - Eugene's Only and Most Experienced Exclusive Buyer's Agent - 541-345-1222 may represent other prospective buyers seeking to purchase properties that may meet my criteria;
  6. It is agreed that all personal information supplied to Realty Consultants - Eugene's Only and Most Experienced Exclusive Buyer's Agent - 541-345-1222 will not be sold or used for any other purpose than helping you to find a home.
  7. This agreement will commence upon my acceptance of it by selecting the 'Search' button and it will expire upon my request or in 3 months, whichever comes first. I can extend the term of this agreement without loss of service by renewing this Terms of Use agreement prior to its expiration;
